THINGS TO KNOW
If you are over the age of 18:
- You will need to bring a VALID GOVERNMENT ID.
IF YOU ARE A MINOR BETWEEN THE AGES OF 12-17:

IF YOU ARE A MINOR BETWEEN THE AGES OF 12-17:
1. Minor must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian.
2. Minors Birth Certificate is required.
3. Minor will need a photo ID (see list of acceptable ID)
4. Minors legal parent or guardian must also bring their VALID GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID.
- If mom's first name, middle name, and birthdate from photo ID and birth certificate match, that's all we need.
Parent/Guardian must be present at all times while the piercing is being done.

Acceptable Photo ID for Minors:
Minors between the ages of 12-17, accompanied by a parent/legal guardian:
- School ID
- Schlitterbahn Pass
- Yearbook photo with name
- Basically anything which has your photo with your name next to it.
To avoid being refused, you must also bring a birth certificate.
WE DO NOT PIERCE ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 5.
